Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms govern all promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programs available to players on Mostbet. They apply to every bonus you claim, whether a welcome offer, deposit match, reload bonus, or any other promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Bonus Terms and promotion-specific terms displayed on individual offer pages, these general terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by all conditions outlined here.

Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to claim and use any bonus on Mostbet. You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where Mostbet operates legally. You must have completed full account registration and identity verification (KYC) before any bonus funds or free spins are credited to your account. Each person, household, email address, phone number, and IP address is entitled to only one active account. Duplicate accounts, accounts created to exploit bonuses, or accounts registered by the same individual under different identities will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may lead to account suspension or closure.

Bonus Types and General Principles

Mostbet offers various bonus types to enhance your gaming experience. Welcome bonuses are available to new players upon their first deposit and typically include a deposit match and free spins. Deposit match bonuses provide a percentage of your deposit as bonus funds, credited automatically when you meet the qualifying deposit amount. Free spins bonuses grant a set number of spins on designated slot games, with winnings credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements. Cashback bonuses return a percentage of your net losses over a specified period, credited weekly or as stated in the promotion terms. No-deposit bonuses may be offered occasionally and do not require an initial deposit to claim. Reload bonuses are available to existing players on subsequent deposits. All bonuses are promotional offers at the operator's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money. Mostbet typically applies a 60x wagering requirement to welcome bonuses and deposit matches, though specific promotions may vary. The wagering requirement is calculated by multiplying the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified in the promotion terms) by the multiplier. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 60x requirement means you must place bets totaling PKR 300,000 before the bonus is considered fully wagered. Only bets placed while bonus funds are active in your account contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement. Once you have completed the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds are forfeited, and your account balance consists only of real money winnings.

Maximum Bet Limits During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active on your account, your maximum bet per spin or per bet is restricted to protect the integrity of the promotion. The maximum bet limit is typically set at PKR 500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit will not contribute toward your wagering requirement and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. This restriction applies to all games—slots, table games, live casino, and sports betting—while bonus funds remain in your account.

Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward your wagering requirement. Slot games contribute 100% of all bets toward wagering, meaning every PKR wagered on slots counts in full. Table games, including blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, typically contribute 10% to 20% of bets, depending on the specific game and promotion. Live casino games (live blackjack, live roulette, live poker) usually contribute 10% to 20% of bets. Sports betting on events with qualifying odds of 1.40 or higher contributes 100% of the stake toward wagering. Certain games or game types may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering—these are listed in the promotion terms or in your account under active bonuses. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to your wagering requirement and do not count toward bonus completion.

Bonus and Wagering Validity Period

All bonuses on Mostbet remain valid for 30 days from the date they are credited to your account. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within this 30-day period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically forfeited and removed from your account. The validity period applies to all bonus types—welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses. Pausing or suspending your account does not extend the validity period. Once the bonus expires, you cannot reactivate it or claim a refund of the forfeited amount.

Maximum Win and Withdrawal Limits

Some bonuses carry a maximum win limit, which is the highest amount you can withdraw from winnings generated while the bonus is active. The maximum win limit, if applicable, is specified in the promotion terms at the time you claim the bonus. For example, if a bonus has a maximum win of PKR 50,000, you cannot withdraw more than PKR 50,000 in winnings from that bonus, even if your account balance exceeds this amount after wagering. Once you have completed the wagering requirement, any balance above the maximum win limit is forfeited. Cashback bonuses and certain reload offers may not have a maximum win limit; check the specific promotion terms for details. The maximum win limit does not apply to winnings from real money bets placed after the bonus has been fully wagered.

Prohibited Bonus Strategies and Abuse

Mostbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit associated winnings if it detects bonus abuse or prohibited betting strategies. The following activities are strictly prohibited while a bonus is active on your account:

If Mostbet detects any of these activities, your account may be suspended or closed, and all bonuses, winnings, and deposits may be forfeited. Mostbet's fraud detection systems monitor all accounts continuously.

Operator's Right to Modify or Cancel Bonuses

Mostbet reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes changing bonus amounts, wagering requirements, validity periods, game contributions, or eligibility criteria. If you have already claimed a bonus before a modification is announced, the terms under which you claimed it will generally remain in effect for your account; however, new players will be subject to updated terms. Mostbet may also cancel a bonus on your account if it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms. In such cases, any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited. Promotional bonuses are not contractual obligations and are offered at the operator's sole discretion.

Conflict with General Terms and Conditions

These Bonus Terms are part of Mostbet's overall Terms and Conditions. If any provision in these Bonus Terms conflicts with the main Terms and Conditions, the main Terms and Conditions will prevail. All bonuses are also subject to Mostbet's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. If you fail to complete identity verification or if your account is flagged for suspicious activity, any unclaimed or active bonuses may be cancelled, and your account may be restricted or closed.
