If you do not complete the wagering requirement within this 30-day period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically forfeited and removed from your account. The validity period applies to all bonus types—welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses. Pausing or suspending your account does not extend the validity period. Once the bonus expires, you cannot reactivate it or claim a refund of the forfeited amount.

Some bonuses carry a maximum win limit, which is the highest amount you can withdraw from winnings generated while the bonus is active.
